All of our breads & pastries are baked in store using traditional recipes & methods. Our bagels are hand-rolled, slow fermented overnight & boiled in malted water before baking. Our pastrami is made with beef brisket, brined then coated in a houseblend spice rub & smoked for several hours before serving.
